3. Pickup & Delivery

  • Free pickup and delivery are provided within Singapore.
  • Customers are responsible for backing up their data before handing over the device.

4. Payments & Charges

  • Service charges will be communicated after diagnosis.
  • Payment must be made upon service completion via cash, PayNow, or other accepted methods.
  • Any additional parts required (e.g., replacement battery, screen, motherboard) will be charged separately.

5. Warranty
